If your item arrive in your country you can select it and you'll see where the parcel is. I'm shipping by Bulgarian Post. I'm shipping from Bulgaria, Europe. All orders are shipped with priority mail with tracking No. provided here.

All orders are recorded and tracked online. You will receive a notice when the order ships with a tracking number for you to track the order.

No. There is no way to stop International mail.

I will file a claim for the damaged/lost package. You should contact me, and I will file a claim with the package carrier. If the buyer would like a second shipment to be made, they will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.

Only orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled. If the order has not yet shipped or is not in process,notify me via mail to cancel the order. It is important to notify me immediately if you want to cancel an order, as most orders are processed and ship within 2 days. If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the normal returns process. If the package is refused then a return freight charge will be added.
